Return Policy:
At Integrin Skin Care®, we stand behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most-effective professional skin care products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 15 days of purchase.
How to Return an Item:
1. Review the entire Return Policy below.
2. Obtain authorization to return your item by calling us toll free at 1-310-698-0743
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (PST).
3. Include all of the product's original packaging.
4. Include a copy of your packing slip and return authorization received from us via email.
5. Mail your return within 15 days of purchase to the address provided in your return authorization.
6. Allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Return Policy: Products are eligible for a refund if you decide you don't want the item, it didn't meet your expectations or if you have had an adverse skin reaction. You will be responsible for the return mailing/shipping costs. If you paid with a gift certificate, store credit, and/or Reward Points along with a credit card, the gift certificate, store credit and/or Reward Points will first be refunded, then your credit card will be refunded. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return authorization number written on the outside of the package cannot be accepted. Returned items are subject to inspection by Integrin Skin Care staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used or damaged. Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review by Integrin Skin Care staff. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

After initial use of our product if you are not satisfied with the product within 15 days of purchase, please mail back to us for a full refund minus 25% restocking fee. We will not be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees. Product(s) must be received within 15 days of purchase date.

Shipping Policy
FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.00
You take care of the shopping. We'll take care of the rest. We provide free shipping to addresses in the U.S., U.S. Territories and APO’s for orders over $99 (after any discounts and prior to sales tax). Any U.S. order under $99 after discounts and prior to sales tax will incur a standard shipping charge of just $5.95.
U.S. Shipping Options:
All orders submitted and approved before 10 a.m. MT on business days (Monday through Friday) are usually processed and shipped that day. Orders received after 10 a.m. MT will usually ship the following business day. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will usually ship the following business day. You will receive a shipment tracking number via email when your order is shipped.
Standard Delivery:
FREE for orders over $99, $7.95 for orders under $99. Your package will be delivered via USPS or UPS and typically arrives within 2-7 business days from the date of shipment.
UPS Ground:
UPS Ground packages will be received in 3-5 business days from date of shipment. The actual shipping cost will vary depending on the destination and weight of shipment. The shipping rate will be provided upon checkout.
UPS 2 Day Air:
This option guarantees your shipment in 2 business days. Your package will arrive before 7 p.m. on the day of delivery. The actual shipping cost will vary depending on the destination and weight of shipment. The shipping rate will be provided upon checkout. A signature is required upon delivery.
UPS Next Day Air:
This option guarantees your shipment in 1 business day from shipment date. Your package will arrive before 7 p.m. on the day of delivery. The actual shipping cost will vary depending on the destination and weight of shipment. The shipping rate will be provided upon checkout. A signature is required upon delivery.
DOT Restrictions:
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that are pressurized, flammable or in any other way threaten an onboard fire or other mishap.
Restricted items (Class ORM-D) include products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, or aerosol-type products in pressurized spray cans such as: fragrance, nail polish and nail polish remover and certain skincare products.
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we must do so in compliance with DOT regulations. This requires ground-only delivery for orders containing DOT-restricted products. Please allow up to 7 business days for ground deliveries.

All international orders are subject to Customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped, and payment is the responsibility of the customer, not of Integrinskincare.com. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks, depending on Customs. Signature may be required upon delivery. Shipping charges, taxes and other country's fees are non-refundable. Integrin Skin Care reserve the right to cancel any order.

No instance of waiver by Integrin Skin Care of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.
APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES

SALES TAX POLICY
Kentucky Customers - In accordance with Kentucky state tax laws, items sold by MommyandMeSkinCare.com and any other associated merchants and shipped to destinations within Kentucky are subject to sales tax at a rate of 6%.
Arizona Customers - In accordance with Arizona state tax laws, items sold by MommyandMeSkinCare.com and any other associated merchants and shipped to destinations within Arizona are subject to sales tax at a rate of 7.95%.

SEVERABILITY
